Did you know that as a resident of CHV you can rent one of our parks as a venue for your personal event? Host a birthday party, grad party, tailgating party, baby/bridal shower, right here in our beautiful neighborhood! It’s the perfect solution for those of us with smaller yards. The large playscape, gazebo, and toddler parks have a suggested donation of $50 per day. *Exclusive use of all playscape equipment is not included in the rental.*
IMPORTANT RENTAL INFORMATION:
There is no way for us to completely seal the park off from anyone other than the event guests. However, we’d like to think that CHV is the type of community where neighbors can respect each other. Therefore a reasonable, but not complete, level of privacy can be expected. As is the policy with most other community park rentals.
The social committee does not provide party rental equipment. Any tables, chairs, tents, etc. are your responsibility. Alcoholic beverages are allowed but may be consumed only by those attending your event who are 21 and older. The gazebo park is the only park with daytime power access. However, you may supply power to one of the other parks via your home if you live reasonably close enough and any extension cord(s) are properly secured. Once your rental has been confirmed, the social committee will gladly take care of coordinating the sprinkler schedule at your chosen park to ensure they will be paused for the duration of your event.

Additionally, if you’re looking to add a soundtrack to your event, Kurt Eschmann (a neighbor and social committee member) of Eschmann Entertainment, is offering his DJ services at a significantly reduced price. Kurt is also donating a portion of his fee to the social fund.
