This year’s event will be full of family fun! Enjoy the day with neighbors and friends playing corn hole or fowling, while the kids enjoy the popcorn bar, pumpkin decorating, and piñatas!!
Pumpkins, popcorn and piñata participation has a nominal fee of $5/family if you have not paid 2017 Social Committee dues.
Cook Off Details:
Registration: Email Social@mychv.com to pre-register your crock! This will ensure there is enough table space and outlets to accommodate all participants.
When: Saturday September 30th
Where: Grant Street Park
Time: All entries should arrive by 3:45 p.m. Event from 4-7 p.m.
Ingredients: If you are using any “sensitive” ingredients such as alcohol or nut based oils (such as peanut oil) which may cause allergic or other reactions, you must post a sign on your table identifying this ingredient.
Voting: People’s Choice voting closes at 6 – one vote per person.
Winner: Winner will be announced after votes are tallied. They will receive bragging rights and a Brann’s Steakhouse gift card!
