Monday, March 20, 2017 Meeting Agenda

Dear Members of CHV:

As you may know, the Board of Directors meets ten months per year on the third Monday.

Henceforth we will be posting the board meeting agendas in advance of each meeting.  This will permit you to know the topics that will be addressed at each upcoming board meeting.

Board meeting minutes have been posted for some time now.

Owners are welcome to sit in on the Open Portion of board meetings.  There is time for owners to make comments and suggestions and to ask questions.

The agenda for the meeting on Monday, March 20, 2017 is here.

Thank you.

Monica Wolfson

CHV Director and Board Secretary

SOLD OUT!! Bunny Basket Delivery!

It’s that time of year again!  Want to make Easter morning an occasion to remember?  Reserve your spot for Bunny Basket delivery on Sunday, April 16th.
Either on Easter morning or the evening before, please remember to set out PRE-FILLED Easter Baskets for each child in the home.  The Bunny will hop by to deliver the pre-filled baskets and take time for hugs, snuggles & pose for photographs.
The Bunny has time to stop at 15 homes.  The spots are determined on a first come, first serve basis.  Times will range from 8:00-11:00.  Please indicate whether you prefer an early or late time.  We will do our best to honor each request, but cannot assure you that your chosen time hasn’t already been taken.  One week prior to delivery, we will email each participant to narrow down your delivery time.
This is a fundraiser for future events and the donation for the occasion is $10 for each family (not each child) for those who have paid 2017 Social Committee dues.  For families who have not paid 2017 dues, the donation is $15 per family (not per child). Social Committee dues are good for one calendar year (Jan. 1 – Dec. 31).

Christmas is Near: Help Volunteer!

Hello Neighbors!!volunteer-pic

We hope that you are looking forward to our upcoming Christmas in the Village! I know we are. This has been a tough year for the Social Committee and we are soliciting all of our great neighbors for your support! The events that we put on (Easter egg hunt, Bunny basket delivery, movies in the park, our great summer party, Christmas in the Village, and many more!) are made possible by volunteers. We stand by the mantra many hands make small work but our hands have been limited. We are sad to say that if we don’t receive more volunteers, this year’s Christmas in the Village will be our last event. We are not asking for a big commitment just a few hours a month and/or a few hours on our event days. The committee would love to see our events continue. They are one of the best things about living in the Village. We would appreciate any support you can give. Please feel free to reach out to us on Facebook or
