We are nearing the annual meeting on Thursday, October 26, 2017 – but first we hold our monthly HOA board meeting on Monday, October 16, 2017 in the second floor board room of the Canton social services building on Ridge Road behind the old school house.
The agenda is now available to view. The public is welcome and the meeting starts at 6 p.m.
If you have any questions for the board, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The annual meeting will be held at 7 p.m. on October 26, 2017, check-in 6:30 PM at Workman Elementary. This is a particularly important meeting this year as the board is asking the community to vote on an Amendment to the Master Deed. In order for the Amendment to pass, 2/3 of both CHVI and CHVII homeowners must approve it. Packages were mailed out today, but if you need another copy, here is the CHVI package and CHVII package.
If the Amendment is not passed, it could result in a LARGE hike in the monthly maintenance fee. Please read the documents and attend the meeting. The board’s lawyer will be present to make a presentation about the Amendment. You can mail in your vote if you can’t attend the meeting.
I would summarize the Amendment, but I’m not sure I can do it justice other than to say it’s maintaining the status quo.
The annual Cherry Hill Village Chili Cook Off is quickly approaching. Reserve your outlet NOW!
Registration will close at midnight on Saturday, September 23, 2017.
The HOA board meets Monday, September 18, 2017 at 6 pm in the second floor board meeting in the township social services building on Ridge Road. Find the agenda on the Homeowner’s documents page.
This is also the last meeting before the CHV annual meeting, which will possibly be held on October 26.
Sorry everyone – the progressive has been cancelled. Stay tuned for a possible reschedule.
